There are two ways you can register for the webinars. You can go on the Vital Signs Academy website, click the calendar/live webinar schedule button or the calendar button at the top and find the class(es) you wish to register for on the calendar. Another way is if you are a member of the NYSDOH – New York State Health Department – EMS Community Facebook page, you can find upcoming webinars posted there. You do need to be a member of the Facebook page. If you are not, request access and the admin will need to approve you
We have been noticing some people receive the survey and others do not. We have tried a few different options to fix it but have been unsuccessful. One thing to check is that your pop-up blockers are turned off. If you do not receive the survey once exiting the webinar send us an email. Log onto the Vital Signs Academy website, click the Contact button on the top, type the required information and your message and hit send
We do accept all Vital Signs Academy classes towards your CME recertification as live classroom when attended live through the media source. Self-study when a recorded class is reviewed. You may also want to reach out to your agency CME coordinator and the website – https://www.health.ny.gov/professionals/ems/certification/cmerecert.htm – to review the CME Admin. Manual.

After completing a course, go to My Courses and find the completed course. There will be a “Certificate” button where you can view your certificate.
You can log out at any time during a course, the system will bookmark (remember) where you stopped. When you reenter the course, it will start where you last left off.
You may take tests as many times as needed until you pass with a score of 80% percent or higher.
